Interim Process Transformation Leader

Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an Interim Process Transformation Leader for a telecommunications company. You will lead process change initiatives aimed at modernizing and optimizing work methods, developing more consistent end-to-end workflows, and establishing a sustainable process organization with clear ownership and governance. The position is based in Stockholm, and you will report to the CFO.

Main duties:

  • Drive and lead the process change initiative in close collaboration with the business: the management team, managers, and operational staff.
  • Map and optimize processes, and define, validate, and establish the company’s end-to-end processes and governance.
  • Establish and embed clear process ownership, mandates, and KPI-based management within the organization.
  • Develop a structure and model for the process work that the organization can independently manage over time.
  • Challenge existing ways of working and drive cultural and behavioral change at all levels of the company.
  • Work closely with the business architect, IT, and external partners to ensure that business needs guide technology development

To be eligible for the role:

  • Proven, long-standing experience in leading large-scale process changes and business transformations.
  • Strong business and operational acumen, with a focus on process optimization and efficient workflows rather than simply delivering technology.
  • Experience in change management and the ability to reach out to and engage employees at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability and confidence to navigate executive and management environments, challenge existing structures, and manage friction during times of change.
  • A solid understanding of KPI-based management and data-driven process development.
  • Experience working in government agencies or complex organizations is a plus.

About the process
