Interim Pre-study Lead - Maintenance Management System
Interim Search has been entrusted to appoint an interim Pre-study Lead for a feasibility study for the introduction of a maintenance system at a company with production in Sweden and Poland. The purpose of the pre-study is to evaluate the possibilities of implementing a system and to develop an overall plan and an estimated cost picture.
Main duties:
- Lead and manage the feasibility study and report to the steering group.
- Plan and conduct workshops and interviews with key stakeholders.
- Collect and structure business requirements and needs.
- Defining a future system landscape in maintenance.
- Evaluate and recommend the appropriate system.
- Develop a comprehensive plan for implementation.
- Estimate the investment and running costs of the solution.
To be eligible for the role:
- Solid experience in managing projects in maintenance.
- Experience with one of the most common systems such as. Maximo, SAP or IFS.
- Solid experience in conducting feasibility studies and system selection.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing activities.
- Experience of working in multi-site or international organizations.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Experience from one of the larger consultancies is an added advantage.
About the process
A more detailed description of the assignment is available to the consultants we invite to a first interview. Consultants invited for interview must be self-employed with their own AB. Confidentiality agreements are signed before interviews.
The assignment starts on April 1, 2026 and is expected to last during Q2 and then transition into implementation phase.
Candidates will be interviewed on a rolling basis until 2026-03-26.
