Interim Operational Purchaser
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of Interim Operational Buyer at an industrial company in northern Sweden.
Main duties:
As a buyer, you will be independently responsible for the company’s indirect procurement and will manage a significant portfolio. The role offers an exciting range of responsibilities, combining day-to-day operations with tactical management and smaller-scale procurement projects.
- Be responsible for the company's day-to-day operational procurement of indirect materials and services to ensure a smooth and efficient flow in daily operations.

Be responsible for and manage existing contracts for indirect materials and services related to the company’s larger purchasing volumes.

Independently manage and carry out new procurement processes.
To be eligible for the role:
- 2–5 years of work experience in a similar role in purchasing.

A college degree in economics, logistics, purchasing, or another relevant field.

Ability to work independently, take the initiative, and drive your projects forward in a structured manner.
- Excellent ability to build trusting relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
About the process
This is a full-time position with an immediate start date—no later than August 10—and is expected to last for at least approximately 6 months. Candidates will be presented to the client on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will take place at that time.
