Interim CEO/Sales Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO / Sales Manager to a small manufacturing company in Halland County.
In the role of Interim CEO/Sales Manager you will work closely with the existing CEO of the company. Your overall responsibility is to increase sales and revenue and then take responsibility for overall company issues in the role of CEO. You have personnel responsibility for about 10 people, five of whom work operationally with sales according to set goals.
To be relevant for the role, you have a good technical background from a workshop. It is advantageous if you have experience of business management in smaller owner-run companies. Furthermore, you have good leadership skills and are an enthusiastic and engaging manager who is advantageously entrepreneurial and market-oriented.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to start in October and last for a minimum of 12 months, with a good chance of the assignment turning into a job.
