Interim Manager Procurement and Logistics
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim Manager Procurement and Logistics for a company in the transportation sector in the Stockholm area.
Main duties:
- Manage and coordinate all activities and resources in purchasing and logistics.
- Responsible for supplier contacts and setting of specifications, negotiations and drafting of contracts.
- Participate in resource and recruitment planning.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of processes and procedures in maintenance and purchasing.
To be eligible for the role:
- Senior management experience in purchasing and logistics, from transportation/logistics/service companies.
- Proven experience in maintenance planning and product ageing/scrapping management processes.
- Proven experience in negotiating and writing contracts with suppliers.
- Management experience in leading and coordinating teams and resources.
About the process:
The assignment starts immediately and lasts until summer 2025 and is a full-time position. We present candidates in week 46 and interviews with the client are held in connection with this.
