Interim Logistics Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Logistics Manager for our client. The assignment involves stabilizing the daily operations and ensuring the highest delivery precision in a business-critical function. You are part of the management team and play a key role in the company's continued growth journey.
Main duties:

Leadership: Full line and staff responsibility for the logistics and warehouse organization.

Structure and development: Create order and clarity by building systematic working methods, procedures and visual monitoring.

Operational governance: Responsible for capacity planning, cost control, quality and deliverability in a high traceability environment.

Compliance: Ensure proper export and customs clearance flows in an international environment.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with purchasing, production and projects to optimize the internal material flow.
To be eligible for the role:

Background: Relevant academic degree (logistics, supply chain, industrial economics or engineering) or equivalent proven professional experience.

Experience: Solid experience in managing logistics or warehouse operations in complex environments with high compliance and delivery accuracy requirements.

Leadership: Experience of full line responsibility for both managers and staff, with the ability to combine strategic understanding with practical presence “on the ground”.

Understanding of the process: Experience in building systematic improvement work and standardized ways of working in a growing organization.

International trade: Good knowledge of export and customs issues, or the ability to quickly establish checkpoints and structures in this area.

Language: Very good ability to communicate professionally in both Swedish and English.
About the process
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for approximately 6 months starting as soon as possible. The work is mainly carried out on site at the customer in Gästrikland. We present candidates to the customer on Wednesday, May 6 and interviews take place in close connection with this.
