Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Logistics Manager to a growing organization. The role is central to creating structure, driving improvements and developing the team in materials and logistics and ensuring efficient flows and good results.
Main duties:

Overall responsibility for material and logistics flows

Managing and developing teams and ensuring the right skills

Implement and monitor processes and key performance indicators

Driving improvement initiatives and developing ways of working

Interact with internal functions for efficient processes
To stay up to date:

Experience of leadership in materials, logistics or equivalent

Used to leading other managers or teams

Operational and strategic mind, structured and analytical

Confident in leadership and decision-making
About the process:
