Interim Lessor
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an operational Interim Lessor to a well-established real estate company with a focus on housing management in western Skåne.
As an interim landlord, you have a central role in the management and are responsible for driving the entire rental process forward. The role is operational with full landlord responsibility, where you ensure high customer satisfaction and quality from first customer contact to signed contract. You will be part of a committed team where collaboration with managers and property technicians is a natural part of everyday life. The assignment extends over one year with good opportunities for extension for the right person.
Main responsibilities and duties:

Operational and strategic responsibility for the housing rental process.

Active processing of housing queues and marketplaces (HomeQ).

Responsibility for customer contact, viewings and contract writing.

Carrying out pre-inspections and administrative elements in the Vitec real estate system.

Marketing of vacant properties and follow-up of payments.
To be eligible for the role:

Real estate experience: It is a requirement that you have worked as a landlord or in a similar role in the industry before.

Operational drive: You are sales-driven, self-motivated and used to taking full ownership of your tasks.

System skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with Vitec and HomeQ.

Communication skills: Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Driving license: B license is a requirement for the position.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last approximately 11 months starting in February. Selection is ongoing and interviews are held at the client company in week 6.
