Interim HR Specialist
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim HR specialist for a company in Stockholm.
In the role of interim HR specialist, you will be part of an HR team at a growing company in a fast-paced industry. The position is varied but places an emphasis on labor law, with a focus on labor law issues and negotiations.
Main duties:
- Support for Managers and HR Business Partners on Labor Law Issues
- Build long-term labor union relationships and strengthen expertise in labor law within the company
- Ensure compliance with guidelines in the field of labor law
- Support for managers in labor law negotiations, such as MBL negotiations and dispute resolution negotiations
- When necessary, lead union negotiations in collaboration with the in-house legal team
- Person primarily responsible for the company's central and local collective bargaining agreements
- Lead and participate in various HR projects
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Academic degree in HR or equivalent
- Experience in a wide range of HR functions
- Extensive experience in labor law matters and union negotiations
- A track record of building good labor-management relations
- Experience in the warehousing and logistics industry or in production is a plus
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last at least 3 months, with an immediate start date. We will be presenting candidates on an ongoing basis next week, and interviews at the client company will be held on December 11.
