Interim HR Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim HR Manager for a tech company based in Stockholm.
The company has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 1 billion and you are part of the company's management team and report to the CEO.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for the HR function of the company.
- You will be responsible for 3 employees and report to the CEO and be part of the company's management team.
- Change management and labor law negotiation.
- Lead major transformation initiatives and conduct negotiations with trade unions in a professional and constructive manner.
- Drive and quality assure recurring HR processes such as implementation of the JAR structure according to the EU Transparency Directive, salary review and performance management.
- Support and guide managers through ongoing change journeys, focusing on communication, engagement and sustainable decisions.
To be eligible for the role, you should have:
- You are a senior leader with 15-20 years of solid experience in strategic and operational HR work
- You have a proven ability to drive complex change processes and navigate a changing organization
- Ability to lead, coach and develop a 3-person HR team, with a focus on clarity, accountability and collaboration
- Ability to work closely with the Swedish management team to support the organization in achieving set goals and ensure that the HR agenda is integrated into the business strategy.
About the process:
The mission is expected to start on February 1, 2026 and last approximately 11 months.
We will present candidates to the client on January 21 and interviews with the client will take place continuously thereafter.
