Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Security Manager for a company in Uppsala.
Main duties:
- Manage and coach a team of about 5-6 employees.
- Responsible for driving security work forward and revising policies and guidelines to meet new ways of working.
- Provide requirements and strategic support for the replacement of technical security and access control systems.
- Responsible for the security perspective in major IT implementations and in the roll-out of new digital collaboration tools.
- Further develop the crisis organization and develop working methods for handling special events.
- Have overall responsibility for security planning for major events.
- Carrying out GAP analyses of the safety performance of the business.
To be eligible for the role:
- Proven experience in similar assignments or training in relevant security areas.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in strategic security management in complex
organization. - Experience in crisis management, preventive security and risk processes.
- Familiarity with governance models, project management and change management.
- Knowledge of SSF and SBF standards, technical security systems and security protection legislation.
- Good understanding of GDPR and physical security.
- Experience in business management and decision-making
About the process
