Interim Head of Major Projects
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Head of Major Projects to a construction and service company in, among other things, water and biogas. The company has a turnover of just over SEK 1 billion.
Main responsibilities:;
- Reports to the CEO and member of the management team
- Main responsibility for all the company's major construction contracts (currently 20 or so of about SEK 30-300 million)
- Main responsibility for implementation, quality, time, economy and action towards the customer
- Drive continuous improvement and further develop internal cross-departmental collaboration, all with the aim of streamlining operations
To be eligible for the role;
- 8-10 years of experience as a manager with personnel responsibility from the construction side
- Experience in managing large and complex projects
- Good understanding of construction law and LOU
- Strong business acumen with a good understanding of figures and KPIs
- Experience leading in change and with a good understanding of how to build company culture
- As a person, you are driven, results-oriented, communicative, relationship-building, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Technical college education
About the process;
The assignment is expected to last 6 months, starting at 50% initially and from August on full time 100%.
