Interim Head of Finance

Main duties:;

• Consolidation, IFRS, group adjustments, cash flow, tax calculations group
• Main contact person with auditors
• Person responsible for the annual accounts
• Responsible for budget, internal and external reports (quarterly reports, monthly report packages)
• Forecasting
• Liquidity planning, credit assessments etc
• Responsible for group insurance
• Contract management (finance contracts and expatriate staff in the first instance)
• Support and sounding board for the CFO
• Transfer pricing
• Tax declarations VAT etc

To be considered for the role, you have;

• Experience working in a similar role in an international listed company
• Experience working with AARO and preferably Jeeves
• Fully fluent in spoken and written English
• As a person very independent and unpretentious and used to roll up his sleeves and help where needed both strategically and operationally

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last at least 6 months starting in mid-April, no later than the end of April. We interview on an ongoing basis and interviews with the client company take place in week 16.
