Interim Chief Executive Officer

Main duties:

• Experience in governance, management and accountability to the Care Board.
• To implement the objectives of the Care Board together with the Care Management Team and to respond cost-effectively to the opportunities and challenges of the business.
• Responsible for the administration's finances, operations, staff and working environment.
• Responsible for the continuous development of activities with high quality, good efficiency and the best possible results for the citizen and the business in close dialogue with the Board.
• To cooperate with other municipal activities, authorities and civil society in the best possible way.

To be eligible for the role:

• Worked as head of administration with permanent employment in care/social administration (responsible for elderly care, disability and individual and family care).
• Relevant academic training or other training and experience deemed equivalent by the client.
• Good knowledge and experience of social services legislation, the organizational structure of municipal activities and the exercise of authority.
• Good knowledge and experience of the systematic work environment management, collaboration and safety aspects.
• Undergone regular leadership training.
• Experience as a leader in building trust and confidence in the organization and striving for communicative leadership.
• Good IT experience.

About the process:

The assignment is part-time (80%), on-site 4 days a week at the client's premises. Estimated start in early March 2025.

The duration of the assignment is approximately 12 months with good chances of extension for another 6 months.
