Interim Group Head Logistics
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint four Interim Group Managers in Logistics with location in Sala and start immediately.
The company is active in e-commerce and has a turnover of over 3.5 billion. As Interim Group Manager, you will be responsible for leading and distributing the daily work of a working group of around 30 people. The role includes ensuring that deadlines are met and that the group achieves set goals and KPIs.
For two of the four Group Manager roles, the work will be evening shifts and the other two daytime.
About the assignment:
- You manage and distribute the work of your team of 30 people.
- You manage and develop your team of six team leaders.
- You work to develop and refine both working methods and processes.
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience in warehousing and logistics.
- Previous experience in logistic system flows.
- Previous management experience.

About the process:
The assignment is full-time with location in Sala and is expected to last for at least 2-3 months starting immediately. Good opportunities for a takeover and a permanent role after the assignment period for those who wish.
