Interim Group Business Controller

As Interim Group Business Controller you report to the Group CFO.

Main duties

• Financial analysis of the group's results and financial position
• Participate in the quality assurance of monthly and annual accounts and quarterly reports
• Drive and develop the budget and forecast process
• Drive and be involved in the business planning process
• Contribute to the development and streamlining of processes and procedures in your area
• Drive and develop KPIs and other financial reporting
• Drive and develop processes and procedures related to compliance and group-wide policies
• Drive and develop the integration of new companies in acquisitions
• Ad hoc projects towards group companies and ad hoc analysis to Group CEO and CFO
• Act as an ongoing sounding board for both management and the CEOs and CFOs of the group companies

Who we are looking for:

• You are an experienced Business Controller who is used to working in a broad and varied way
• You have a good understanding of accounting, good knowledge of Excel and you are analytical
• You have experience in running various development projects
• You are communicative and proactively contribute new ideas
• You have experience from different companies and industries and can quickly familiarize yourself with different businesses
• You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks from start to finish.
• You have the ability to see the big picture, but can operationally drill down and contribute where it is most needed
• You are used to communicating in English and Swedish in speech and writing
• It is an advantage if you have experience from listed companies
• It is an advantage if you have experience in harmonization projects to create uniform processes

About the process:

The assignment is 100% of full time. Start in June and the assignment is expected to last for 6 months.
