Interim Group Accounting Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Group Accounting Manager for an international manufacturing group in Småland. The group has revenue of approximately 6 billion SEK and sells its products on a global market.
Main duties:
- Consolidated financial statements, including consolidation
- Manage and develop the Group's consolidation system
- Keep the Group's accounting policies up to date
- Drive improvements to accounting processes and reporting
- Prepare financial statements for an external audit
- Maintain close contact with and provide support to the Group CFO
- Some work related to controlling, budgeting, and forecasting
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
- At least five years of professional experience as a qualified accounting manager in major international manufacturing groups
- Thorough knowledge of K3 Swedish GAAP and corporate taxation
- Very strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- I am a structured, analytical, and communicative person
- A background in auditing and experience with IBM Cognos Controller or Frango, as well as IFRS and GAAP, are a plus
