Interim Global HR Business Partner
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner for a global company based in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Global HR Work and Processes, Including Areas of Responsibility
- Support managers and leadership in Sweden and globally with day-to-day HR issues
- Support the rollout of HR processes: merit, bonuses, and performance
- General support and a sounding board within the HRBP team and the rest of the organization
To be eligible for the role:
- Extensive, long-term experience in HR, preferably in a global role as an HR Manager
- Well-established skills and strong in managing interactions with supervisors and coaching
- You speak and write English fluently
- As a person, you are confident in a senior HRBP role, driven, and proactive
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last approximately 5–6 months, starting in mid-January. The position is based in Stockholm, with the option to work partially remotely.
