Interim Financial Controller
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Financial Controller for a large group in the retail industry.
As Financial Controller you will work operationally with controlling for the whole group. You will report directly to the Controller Manager but will also work closely with the CFO and the other members of the controlling team.
Main duties:
- Operational work on reporting with a focus on internal reporting.
- Responsibility and operational work on budget, business plan and forecasting.
- Analysis and follow-up of the profit and loss account and balance sheet of the business.
- Participate in the group's monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Participate in and be responsible for investigation and efficiency improvement projects in the field of controlling.
To be eligible for the assignment:
- Broad experience in financial controlling with focus on both income statement and balance sheet.
- Very good understanding of accounting.
- Very good knowledge of Excel.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
