Interim Finance Manager
For a manufacturing international company in Västra Götaland we are looking for an interim Finance manager. The company has a turnover of approximately 1 billion and has 250 employees. The company is in a very exciting expansionary situation and therefore needs to strengthen the team where you work closely with Financial controllers, finance assistant, project economist and report to the Group CFO.
In your role as Interim Finance Manager, your assignment will primarily have the following overall responsibilities: External accounting and reporting for several Swedish companies with group accounting, consolidation and reporting. Involved in the budget process and forecasting.
Main duties:
- Day-to-day accounting, monthly accounts, annual accounts.
- Income declaration, analysis and follow-up including reconciliation and reporting.
- Consolidated accounts for around ten different companies in the group.
- Cash flow, liquidity planning and related monitoring.
- Stock accounting and stock valuation. K3, and cooperation with audit teams.
- Involved in the budget process, forecasting and cash flow analysis.
- No direct staff responsibilities of their own.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Experience in process improvement, structuring and streamlining.
- BI systems and experience in implementing business systems.
- Experience in pricing management, KPI reporting, product costing, VAT issues.
- Experience in non-conformance management and internal audits in expanding companies.
- Solid accounting background.
- Experience of development work in a medium-sized company.
- You have a personality that is a team player, driven, positive, flexible, responsible, thorough, structured.
- System: Medius, Aaro, M# and Power-BI.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for 6 months with immediate start. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and an interview with the customer takes place in connection with it. Location Gothenburg or at a reasonable commuting distance.
