Interim Chief Financial Officer

Gourmet Food is located near the market and is attuned to new influences and trends in the restaurant industry. Gourmet Food has its offices and warehouse centrally located in Johanneshov, Stockholm.
Your role as interim Chief Financial Officer is to assume full responsibility for the finance function, including financial planning and monitoring, as well as supervising two financial assistants. You will report to the CEO and be a member of the management team. The company has annual revenue of approximately 400 million Swedish kronor (2016) and employs approximately 85 people.
Responsibilities in the role of Interim Finance Manager:
Monthly and quarterly financial statements; ensure accurate accounting for each department.
Be responsible for VAT and tax returns, cash flow planning, reporting, and the annual report.
Prepare financial statements and report to the CEO.
Be involved in strategic planning and contribute to the company's development efforts.
Ensure that procedures are in place, followed, and developed.
Be responsible for the development of the finance department's processes and procedures.
Responsible for the budget and forecast.
Who we are looking for:
You have recently worked as a Chief Financial Officer or Accounting Manager
You have a good command of spoken and written English.
A university degree with a focus on accounting, or substantial practical experience in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
You have a very good command of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience working with the Navision business system is a plus.
Experience in warehouse management and logistics is a plus.
About the Process:
We present candidates and conduct interviews at the client company on an ongoing basis.
The assignment will last at least 3 months, and there is a good chance of an extension after the assignment ends or of being hired.
