Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Finance Manager for a fast-growing construction and contracting company located in central Stockholm.
In the role of interim Finance Manager for this expansive construction company, you will be responsible for establishing the finance department of one of the subsidiaries. In your team you will have a Finance Assistant as well as resources from the parent company's finance department. You are part of the management team and report to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Staff responsibilities.
- Build and develop procedures/processes for the finance department.
- Control on cost and revenue.
- Cost management.
- Implementation of the Agresso ERP system
To be eligible for the assignment:
- Worked as CFO or Financial Controller in a similar context in the recent past.
- Good project accounting skills.
- Experience in construction/contracting is an advantage.
