Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Finance Manager to a company in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Responsible for the accounting department with up to 20 employees, some of whom report directly
- Manage and develop the people, processes and systems of the finance function
- Current accounts, including consolidated accounts and stock records
- Accounting work and preparation of annual accounts
- Financing, cash management and liquidity planning
- Monthly and quarterly reporting to owners
- Audit planning and contact with auditors
- Support the CFO and management and work closely with the controlling function
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Experience in the above tasks
- Some years of experience in an audit firm
- Very good leadership qualities
- Experience of working in a Nordic group
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for about 6 months starting in January. We present candidates on December 16 and interviews at the client company take place during week 51.
