Interim Chief Financial Officer

Interim Search is looking for an interim Finance Manager for a client in Halmstad. The company has a turnover of SEK 200 million, has 75 employees and is in need of an operational person who will have total responsibility for the finance function, including personnel responsibility for five people. You will work closely with the CEO and be responsible for the financial statements, reporting to other management and the foreign parent company. The company culture is described as staff-oriented and they care about staff care and well-being.

To be considered, you will have worked extensively in finance and have been responsible for a finance function of similar size in the recent past. You are a self-starter, analytical, have had minor staff responsibilities and enjoy working closely with a driven CEO who sets high standards.
