Interim Director Client as a Service

Main duties:

• Overall responsibility for delivery/logistics, P&L, personnel, and budget responsibility.
• You will manage other leaders and continue to develop your business.
• In your role, you are part of the Business Area management team.

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Solid experience working as a senior leader with business area responsibility, with budget and profitability requirements for a larger grouping and experience with delivery organizations and process work.
• Experience in change management and ability to build engagement.
• Ability to build relationships as well as drive different stakeholders towards set goals for customer, suppliers and other business partners.
• You have economic and/or technical training at university level or equivalent experience.
• You are meticulous and have a sense of order.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last approximately 6 months, starting as soon as possible.
