Interim Contact Center Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Contact Center Manager to a market leading company based in Stockholm. The consultant will be based in Gothenburg.
In the role of interim Contact Center Manager, you will join a seasonal growth company that has ambitions to develop its Contact Center.
Main duties
- Work management and staff responsibilities
- Validation, recruitment and scheduling
- Development of processes, KPIs, performance management
- Focus on sales
To be eligible for the role
- Experience in managing a modern Contact Center
- Working in fast-paced, changing environment, growth companies
- Background from seasonal companies
- High energy level, drive and ambition to build
- High sales coaching skills
About the process:
The assignment is expected to start immediately and last for 3-6 months. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews take place in connection with that.
