Interim E-commerce Onboarding Specialist
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Client Onboarding Expert to a fintech company that offers payment solutions to e-merchants.
Main duties:
- Overall responsible for the onboarding of new customers.
- Develop and streamline customer communication.
- Improve processes, requirements, etc.
- Simplification of regulatory requirements.
To be eligible for the role:
- Have worked with onboarding of e-merchants before.
- Has experience how to interpret and simplify requirements.
- Has experience in process change.
- Has experience from similar companies in the Nordic region.
About the process:
