Interim Claims Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim Claims Manager at a company south of Stockholm
In the role of Interim Claims Manager, you will take on an assignment with a strong emphasis on leadership. You will be responsible for driving the development of workflows and processes within the claims organization, as well as advancing the important digitization efforts that are already underway.
To be considered for this position, you must be an experienced leader in the insurance industry. You have the ability to identify and address organizational challenges, build trust among employees, and thereby foster a collaborative work environment. You have experience with change management and the ability to implement and clarify processes and areas of responsibility.
About the process:
The assignment is scheduled to begin on January 11 and run through at least August 31, 2021. We will present candidates by December 17, and interviews with the client company will take place on December 21 or 22.
