Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Chief Financial Officer for a company with annual revenue of approximately 1 mdsek.
Main duties:

Lead the Finance Department (3 people).

Responsible for financial statements, monthly reporting, accounting, analysis, forecasting, and financial management.

Be a member of the executive team, report to the CEO, and serve as a sounding board for the CEO.

Financial support for various officials within the organizations.

Develop the finance function in a proactive and business-supportive manner.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experienced CFO with a strong understanding of business operations and the factors that drive costs and revenue.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, reporting, budgeting, financial statements, and financial analysis.
- Ability to switch between the strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of Visma.net is required. Experience with Next is a plus.
About the process
The assignment will be carried out at 80-100 % and is expected to last 6-9 months, starting on April 7.
We will present the candidates on March 25, and interviews with the client will take place on March 26.
