Interim Search has been entrusted to appoint an Interim Finance Manager for a client in the manufacturing industry and located in Södertälje. The company has a turnover of 200 million and has about 70 employees.
Main duties:
- Managing and developing the finance department.
- Ensure that project forecasts are kept up to date.
- Monthly and consolidated reporting, including monthly and annual accounts.
- Manage successive profit accounting, taxes, fees and payroll administration.
- Developing new systems and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Support the organization in financial matters.
- Participate in the management team and contribute to the strategic development of the company.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in accounting and financial statements.
- Good knowledge of Excel and databases.
- Used to managing finance department and having staff responsibilities.
- Experience in contracting and percentage of completion.
- Experience in procurement and implementation of business systems.
About the process:
