Interim Payroll Manager

As Payroll Manager, you will work in an environment where collaboration, team spirit, business acumen and change management are natural elements of everyday life. Together with your team of four payroll specialists, you will be responsible for managing the group's 3,000 salaries each month, spread across around 10 companies and 5 different collective agreements.

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Manage the payroll team and ensure that the team has the necessary skills to deliver a high level of service.
• Constantly strive to improve payroll management processes and tools and actively contribute to increased digitalization and automation.
• Be able to work both strategically and operationally.
• Act as a sounding board for staff and managers within the group on pay-related issues.
• Work closely with other staff in the finance and HR departments.

To be eligible for the role:

• Relevant training in payroll administration or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in leadership.
• Good system experience and preferably experience with Agda PS and/or Medvind.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

About the process:

The mission is expected to last until December 2024 with an immediate start of 100 % in scope.
