Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO for a real estate company listed on OMX Nasdaq. The company’s headquarters are located in central Stockholm; it has annual revenue of 350 MSEK and 60 employees. You will lead the overall and operational work of the finance department. Your responsibilities will include investor relations, the company’s financial and legal reporting, consolidation of 60 companies, and the preparation of interim reports and annual reports.
In the role of interim CFO, you will help develop and streamline existing financial processes. You are expected to play an active role in developing a business-oriented financial management system in collaboration with the rest of the company’s organization. You will have personnel responsibility for a group controller and a financial assistant. The role reports to the CEO and is part of the company’s executive team. To be considered for this position, you should have recent experience in a similar role, have many years of experience in consolidated financial reporting and financial management, have worked at a publicly traded company, and have established banking contacts. It is highly desirable if you have a background in real estate with experience in capital raising and working with investors. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible and is expected to continue through June 2016.
