Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill an interim CFO position at a manufacturing company in Uppsala.
In the role of interim CFO, you will have broad responsibility for the finance and payroll functions.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for day-to-day accounting, monthly financial statements, annual financial statements, tax returns, and annual reports
- System responsibility regarding the financial system, its structure, and its ongoing development
- Responsibility for Payroll Matters
- Budgeting, monitoring, and analysis, including cash flow analysis
- Automation of Financial Workflows
- Create reports in Power BI and prepare financial information for invoicing and billing
- Personnel Responsibilities for Employees in the Finance Team
- Reporting to Management and the Board of Directors
To be considered for this role, you must have a comprehensive organizational perspective and a very good understanding of systems. You will serve as the bridge between operations and systems, and it is also required that you have a strong interest in technology and the ability to identify logical connections and patterns within systems.
In your professional role, you take the initiative and are able to switch easily between operational and strategic tasks. You also need to be a good communicator and well-organized.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 6 months, beginning on October 5. We will present candidates on September 16, and interviews with the client company will take place on September 21.
