Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO for a software company in the Mälardalen region and Stockholm. Today, the company has operations across Scandinavia and parts of Europe.
In the role of interim CFO, your main responsibility will be to automate the company's financial processes. A large part of this involves integrating CRM and ERP.
Main duties:
- Present action plan and deliverables to owners in order to create a basis for managing the business
- Build and develop reporting and KPI packages
- Automate accounting and reporting processes
- Consolidate and report to owners
Who we are looking for:
- You have previous experience as a Finance Manager or CFO, including from smaller companies.
- You have previous experience as a service consultant with experience in purchasing and project managing the implementation of business systems and their integrations.
- You have previous experience of transitioning a finance function from manual work to automated financial processes.
- You have documented experience in accounting
- As a person, you are decisive with strong operational skills.
About the process:
