Interim Chief Financial Officer

In the role of interim CFO, you will report directly to the CEO and lead a team of around ten employees. You are part of the company's management team.

Main duties:

• Lead and develop the finance department in terms of e.g. streamlining and digitalization
• Direct personnel responsibility for around ten employees
• Operational financial responsibility for foreign business area
• Direct responsibility for financial reporting
• Preparation of monthly and annual accounts
• Conduct revenue analysis to provide decision support to commercial operations
• Controlling support for line managers on budget, business plan and forecast

Who we are looking for:

• You have experience in CFO roles focused on business controlling
• You have experience in digitalization, preferably in large international organizations
• You have worked B2C, preferably in the service sector
• You have very good leadership qualities
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
