Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO for a growth company in the Stockholm area.
Main responsibilities:;
- Manage and develop existing business
- Ensuring continued growth
- Evaluate and strengthen leadership levels
- Ensure recruitment and staffing
- Streamline and drive long-term profitable project operations
To be eligible for the role;
- Relevant academic degree in engineering or economics
- Several years of management experience (leading through other managers) as CEO/Division/Business Area Manager with full P&L responsibility
- Background in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or other project activities
- Management experience in managing, leading, and driving technical project activities
- Management experience in conducting negotiations on contractual issues and liaising with major customers
- High level of business acumen with the ability to manage, be clear, and at the same time build good relationships with operational activities
About the process
The assignment is full-time, starting in January, and is expected to last for six months.
