Interim CEO
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim CEO for a medium-sized company in the construction & installation industry.
Our client is headquartered in Gothenburg and has operations in several Swedish cities. The company is a subsidiary in a growing group with strong owners and clear future goals. With an ongoing change process, which is largely completed, we are looking for an interim CEO who can drive the change process to the finish line with a focus on efficient project execution and profitable contracts. Location is flexible. The role involves a lot of travel within Sweden.
Main duties
- Be responsible for the whole of the company.
- Operationally manage the business together with the site managers.
- Ensuring a focus on the business aspects.
- Ensuring progress in the change process.
To be eligible for the role
We are looking for you with solid experience from roles such as CEO, Business Manager or Head of Work with a very good track record of leading businesses in change and;
- Knowledge of project implementation and financial monitoring.
- Commercial experience in procurement and sales activities.
- Extensive management experience of both civil servants and collective staff.
- Financial understanding of income statement & balance sheet and cash flow planning.
- A wide network of contacts in the construction & installation industry.
- Experience in the field of building services, installation or plumbing is an advantage
About the process
The assignment starts in January and is expected to last 12 months full time. Presentation of candidates takes place during week 49 and interviews with the client company are held in direct connection. Decisions will be made at the end of week 50.
