Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim CEO to a well-reputed company in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Lead the implementation of a strategic change program, with clear milestones and follow-up.
- Provide cohesive leadership to the management team and drive skills development.
- Develop and clarify the organization's offer.
- Act as a stabilizing force and ensure coordination between the board, management, and employees.
- Support major strategic initiatives of business-critical importance.
- Maintain a close and effective dialog with the Board as well as the management team.
- Be able to operationally manage the daily activities
To be eligible for the role:
- You have at least five years of experience as an Interim CEO preferably in complex environments.
- Do you have the strength to lead organizations through transformation?.
- Do you have the ability to drive implementation with structure, pace, and pragmatism?.
- Do you have solid experience in leadership development and internal skills building?.
- Are you a good negotiator who likes to interact with customers and suppliers yourself.
