Interim CEO
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO in the staffing sector based in Malmö. The company is part of a group and the assignment is part-time (60 %) for 3-4 months.
To be considered for this role, you should have experience in driving structural change and business development in a labor-intensive industry. You will be expected to create a platform for growth in a market with great potential. An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to manage people with different backgrounds and abilities are important qualities for success.
Main duties:
- Create structure and order
- Develop business plan in cooperation with parent company
- Preparing to exploit market potential
- Managing the operational, day-to-day activities
- Responsible for and driving marketing and customer activities
- Prepare for the planned permanent recruitment
Appointment is immediate. Own accommodation in Malmö (and surroundings) is necessary. We present candidates on an ongoing basis.
