Interim Business Area Controller
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Business Area Controller for a private healthcare group based in Stockholm. The task is to manage controlling for two business areas that together have a turnover of almost SEK 500 million. The business areas' operations consist of primary host and laboratory operations.
To be considered for this role, you should have experience in production and preferably in the healthcare sector. You should be analytical and have a keen interest in business. You enjoy analyzing results and following up in a changing environment that requires the ability to prioritize. The business areas will develop towards set goals and your task is to work closely with the business to achieve performance improvements. You will thus be a natural part of each business area's management team.
Main duties are:
- Financial reporting
- Performance monitoring and analysis, including profitability assessments with improvement actions
- Monitoring of targets and key performance indicators
- Budget and forecast
- Development of key ratios
- Participate in procurement and investment projects
- Risk analysis and contract review in M&A
You should be analytical, structured and thorough. Your ability to communicate and share your knowledge is highly valued. You are an economist with several years of experience in the controller role including experience in business management and development.
