Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Business and Test Analyst to a medium-sized service company in Stockholm.
The client company is facing a major project starting in January. The overall purpose of the project is to analyze the organization's business model and workflows linked to technological systems.
Main duties:
- Analyze organizational effectiveness by studying needs, business model, work processes and systems
- Advise project managers on technical developments in efficiency projects
- Participate in major projects to replace central systems
- Particularly involved in systems related to internal and external payroll, time reporting and expense accounting
- Be part of internal team and manage suppliers for various programs and packages
- Acting as a key person in several ongoing projects, supporting the implementation of the projects from feasibility study to finish
- Managing the timetable for the different project milestones and overall implementation
Requirements to be considered for the role:
- Proven experience of working with payroll packages in a Swedish company, meritorious if you also have experience of time reporting and expense accounting
- Important to have integration and testing experience with software.
- Solid experience in software integration and testing experience
- Experience in interpreting data around organizational work processes and policies
- Background of adding support to project teams during analysis and planning phase
- Background of participating in projects during implementation and testing stage
- A strong ability to understand and identify what influences and promotes an organization's effectiveness
About the process:
