Interim Business and Test Analyst

The client company is facing a major project starting in January. The overall purpose of the project is to analyze the organization's business model and workflows linked to technological systems.

Main duties: 

• Analyze organizational effectiveness by studying needs, business model, work processes and systems
• Advise project managers on technical developments in efficiency projects
• Participate in major projects to replace central systems
• Particularly involved in systems related to internal and external payroll, time reporting and expense accounting
• Be part of internal team and manage suppliers for various programs and packages
• Acting as a key person in several ongoing projects, supporting the implementation of the projects from feasibility study to finish
• Managing the timetable for the different project milestones and overall implementation

Requirements to be considered for the role: 

• Proven experience of working with payroll packages in a Swedish company, meritorious if you also have experience of time reporting and expense accounting
• Important to have integration and testing experience with software.
• Solid experience in software integration and testing experience
• Experience in interpreting data around organizational work processes and policies
• Background of adding support to project teams during analysis and planning phase
• Background of participating in projects during implementation and testing stage
• A strong ability to understand and identify what influences and promotes an organization's effectiveness

About the process:
