Interim Accounting Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim Chief Accounting Officer at a medium-sized company in Stockholm. The company is in an exciting growth phase, driven by both organic growth and acquisitions. They need an interim Chief Accounting Officer until the permanent candidate begins.
Your responsibilities include managing the company’s financial reporting, including monthly and annual financial statements, as well as tax matters and tax returns. You will serve as the point of contact for auditors and government agencies. Your role also includes project monitoring and business analysis, where you’ll provide support to business unit managers on project-related matters. Cash flow planning and forecasting are critical during the expansion phase. You’ll report to the CFO and manage a team of three employees.
To be considered for this position, you must have a background as an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager and have served as a team leader or manager of a similar group.
The assignment begins on November 14, 2016, and is expected to last until the summer.
