Interim Accounting Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim Accounting Manager at Spendrups in southern Stockholm. The Finance Department consists of 25 people, of whom 8 work in Accounting and Accounts Payable. As Accounting Manager, you will report to the Group CFO.
Job responsibilities
- Responsibility for the preparation of the financial statements and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and K3
- Responsibility for reporting corporate taxes, customs duties, Intrastat, VAT, and excise taxes
- Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monthly reporting
- Manage 8 employees in the accounting department and oversee accounts payable
- Develop and maintain procedures and control systems
- Lead development projects
- Plan and coordinate the audit work with external auditors
- Consolidation of the Group's Reporting
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and experience in advanced accounting work in the role of Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, or Chief Financial Officer
- You have extensive experience with day-to-day accounting, reporting, financial statements, and annual report preparation
- A solid understanding of accounting and reporting principles in accordance with K3 and IFRS
- Experience with consolidated financial statements is required
- Experience at a manufacturing company with inventory accounting is required
- Experience with major ERP systems is required; experience with Movex M3 is a plus
