Part-time financial assistant
Interim Search continues to grow and is now looking for a Finance Assistant at 50% to strengthen the finance department.
Interim Search was founded in 2012 and is a fast-growing recruitment company, named both Gazelle Company by Dagens Industri and Super Company by Veckans affärer. We are a recruitment company that is completely focused on appointing temporary managers on interim assignments and work with the whole of Sweden as a market. Interim Search has a turnover of SEK 160 million and we are currently fifteen people at the head office, which is located in a newly renovated room centrally at Karlavägen 73 in Stockholm, and two people at our Gothenburg office.
As a Finance Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, reporting to the company's Finance Manager.
Job responsibilities:
- Customer invoicing
- Accounting for supplier invoices
- Setting up new customers and suppliers
- Monitoring and administration of the company's financial mail
- Administration of BI tools
- Creation of a basis for salary preparation
- Administration of employment certificates
- Miscellaneous other administration
Who we are looking for:
- You are a curious person with a strong interest in finance and accounting
- You are accurate and able to handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
- You are IT-savvy with extensive systems experience, especially in Excel
- You are stimulated by a high activity environment and some ad hoc tasks
- You are responsible and like to work close to the business
