Interim Chief Operating Officer
Interim Search is seeking an interim Chief Operating Officer for an international company in the Stockholm area. The assignment will begin as soon as possible, no later than April 1, and is expected to last six months.
As Operations Manager, you will lead and assign tasks to 20 subordinates, streamline process flows, and develop project models to create value for customers.
We are looking for someone who has served as a manager of an operational unit within an IT, technology, or consulting firm. You are a clear leader—analytical, well-organized, and interested in technical solutions. You will work closely with the marketing and sales departments, which requires a strong commercial understanding.
