Interim Head of Controlling

Interim Search is looking for an interim Controller Manager for one of our clients in Gävle. Your mission is to work with financial statements and budget work as well as business follow-up within the company's business units, pending permanent recruitment. You will mainly work with internal accounting and produce key figures, reports and decision-making documents in close cooperation with managers within the business units. The assignment includes a small amount of personnel responsibility.

We are looking for you who are an economist with at least seven years of experience in both accounting and controlling. Advanced knowledge of Excel is a requirement. Experience of Agresso is an advantage.

As a person, you have experience in human resources management and are used to working in a business environment. You are analytical and self-motivated and have a sense of structure and coherence. As the work involves cooperation within the finance function and with managers and project leaders who are geographically dispersed across the country, good interpersonal and teamwork skills are required.

The assignment will be carried out with 60-100% occupancy and with at least three days per week on site in Gävle.
