The company manufactures and markets over 1,300 pharmaceutical products in 150 countries and has 22,000 employees. The Nordic operations consist of 30 employees, most of whom are based at the office in central Stockholm.
About the assignment
Interim Search is currently recruiting, on behalf of Mylan, an interim Business Unit Manager for the Nordic organization.
- You will be part of the company's commercial team and will work independently
- be responsible for the Swedish market.
- Responsibilities include market analysis, strategy, pricing, and
- monitoring of the entire Swedish product portfolio, with a focus on driving
- procurement.
- Close collaboration with external resources and colleagues within the local logistics—
- the regulatory and finance departments.
- You will report to the Nordic Business Area Manager.
About who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with many years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry who meets the following criteria:
- Business-oriented and analytical.
- Experience in the Swedish pharmaceutical industry.
- Results-oriented and goal-oriented.
- Self-motivated and unpretentious.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A career path such as Sales Representative → Product Manager → Marketing Manager, as well as experience in the generic market, is considered a significant advantage.
The assignment will begin as soon as possible and is expected to last 6–12 months, with a good chance of leading to a permanent position.
