Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim District Manager for Eltel Networks Infranet AB. The location is Gothenburg and the district amounts to approximately SEK 500 million in turnover.
As Interim District Manager, you will be responsible for a newly created district with approximately 300 employees, ten of whom are direct reports. The district runs projects in technical services.
Main duties:
- Create an operational structure for monitoring ongoing service cases and the status of ongoing projects
- Continuous customer follow-ups with focus on existing contracts and projects
- Drive projects to increase productivity and ultimately improve financial performance
- Building a new district leadership team
- Recruitment of various support functions
Who we are looking for:
- You have extensive experience as a leader and manager, both as an employee and interim consultant
- You have proven experience in running turn around projects
- You have a clear background in the telecom or infrastructure sector and have knowledge from project or contracting activities
- You are a skilled leader with proven experience in engaging teams and employees
- You are driven to improve processes and create structure in dynamic environments
