Interim HR Generalist
Interim Search AB has been commissioned to find an interim HR Generalist for an industrial company that is on an exciting growth trajectory.
You report to the Head of HR.
Main tasks:
- Partner with local HR services and serve as an on-site HR generalist to support employee relations matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Provide guidance on local employment terms, conditions, and practices in Sweden, in close collaboration with other HR partners
- Guide and support managers in core HR processes, including:
- Recruitment and Onboarding Decisions
- Performance Management and Individual Development Planning
- Absence management and rehabilitation/return-to-work cases
- Disciplinary proceedings and workplace concerns
- Exercise sound judgment in sensitive or complex cases, escalating matters when necessary and ensuring proper documentation and adherence to procedures
To be relevant for the role:
- You have experience as an HR Generalist in a global matrix organization.
- You have an understanding of issues related to Swedish labor law
- You have experience working with learning and capability development
- You have experience working with modern HCM systems, such as Workday, and digital learning tools
- You have strong integrity, confidence, and a positive attitude.
- You are proficient in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
- You are comfortable working across multiple time zones and willing to travel as needed
About the process:
