Interim Head of HR
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Head of HR to a world-leading company in Life Science. The assignment aims to ensure a stable and efficient HR operation while the function actively drives the site's change journey and contributes to measurable business results. As a very close business partner to the CEO, CFO and other management team, you are responsible for, among other things, driving a People Agenda linked to productivity, cost and competence. The role entails full staff responsibility for the HR team and requires a high on-site presence in the business. You will report directly to the Global Head of HR, with a dotted line to the CEO.
Main duties:
- Manage and develop the HR function (HRBP and administration) with full staff responsibility.
- Ensure effective delivery in labor law, union negotiations, performance management and salary review.
- Drive HR work data-driven with focus on KPIs such as headcount, cost control, absenteeism and productivity per FTE.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure alignment between workforce planning and budget.
- Lead and execute the site's People Plan, including skills transition, organizational change and leadership development.
- Act as a bridge between the local business and global HR/business functions in an international matrix.
- Support and challenge the management team in complex HR matters and strategic people decisions.
To be eligible for the role:
- Senior HR leader with at least 8-10 years of experience, including previous role as HR manager or equivalent.
- Proven experience in driving change and transformation in large organizations.
- Background in operational and business-related HR work in a production environment or industry.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish labor law and proven experience in complex trade union relations.
- Experience in successfully navigating an international matrix organization.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Academic degree in HR, behavioral sciences or other university degree.
Meritorious:
- Experience in Life Science or other regulated environment (e.g. GMP/GxP).
- Experience with modern HR systems for Talent and Performance Management.

About the process
The assignment is full-time (100 % with high on-site presence) starting immediately. The duration of the assignment is initially 8 months. Deadline for applications is 6/5 and interviews with the customer will take place in connection with that.
